Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The Downtown Paris BIA board of directors meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The meeting minutes will be posted to the website for BIA members to read. Please note that each month the board must approve the previous meeting minutes. Once minutes are approved they will be posted.
Monster Markers
We need your help bringing downtown Paris to life!
Businesses, staff, friends, and creative community members who would like to build a creature are encouraged to get involved.
You do not need to be an artist!
If you would like to participate, contact Rachelle or drop into Rousseau Rares to chat about your creature idea and pick up a monster-making supply pack.

What Are BIA BUCKS?
Bia Bucks are gift certificates purchased through the Downtown Paris BIA.
Each BIA Buck has a set dollar value ($5 blue, $10 purple, or $20 green) and can be used toward a purchase at a participating BIA business.
BIA Bucks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No change is given.
If someone buys $17 worth of items and gives you a $20 voucher they do not get $3 change.
The full value of the BIA Buck must be used in a single transaction.
If the purchase is more than the value of the BIA Buck, the customer can pay the remaining balance using another form of payment.
Businesses will be fully reimbursed by the Downtown Paris BIA for the value of BIA Bucks they accept.
BIA Reimbursement
Bring the Bia Buck(s) that were spent at your store to Penny at Pennylane (138 Grand River Street N) and you will be reimbursed the full amount.
EXAMPLE: If someone spends $50 worth of Bia Bucks at your store, your store will receive $50 back from the BIA.
Penny is the contact to redeem BIA BUCKS
